It takes nearly 40 volunteers to run the bookstores smoothly. The Sales crew members work in two hour shifts six days a week. The Sorting and Shelving crews of 3 to 5 volunteers empty the large donation shelves three time a week, sort the donations by genre and move the 'new' books into the store.
